The Belize Family Life Association (BFLA) has key business, marketing and social impact outcomes it seeks to achieve in their pursuit of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights in Belize. Their communications strategy seeks to engage different stakeholders to ensure that the Sexual and Reproductive Rights of all people that live in the country are fulfilled and respected.

Creating a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation was a new challenge for Colombia in 2012 for iNNpulsa Colombia, the country’s agency in charge of promoting entrepreneurship. I led a project for this client, partnering up with transmedia experts Starlight Runner, where we thoroughly analyzed Colombia’s culture and entertainment over three decades, in order to craft a strategy that would leverage different communications mediums to promote stories that inspired people to become interested in entrepreneurship as a viable professional and economic growth option.

RedEAmérica is a network that brings together Latin American enterprises and corporate foundations to be sustainable. I was part of the team of consultants that designed a communications strategy to ensure that one of their programs successfully persuades top-level executives to integrate sustainability to their business strategy outcomes. This was done by understanding executives’ need to show growth-related results and linking this need to how sustainable practices enable business growth and success.

FEMSA is one of the most successful multinational in Latin America, with more than 170.000 employees. I was part of the team of consultants that led the creation of their Internal Communications strategy. This strategy sought to ensure that all employees —regardless of their area and country— engaged with information about the company on mediums pertinent to their habits, interests and behaviors. This would allow for better decision-making, as all could rally around one unifying corporate strategic business purpose.
